Money Back Guarantee

If within the first 14 days of receiving your goods you wish to return them we offer a full money back policy subject to the goods being unused and in the original packaging. However any carriage costs that may be incurred are the liability of the customer, if the goods are faulty there will be no carriage costs deducted.


All our products carry a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase.


We endeavour to hold a stock of most items but should for any reason an item is not available for delivery within 28 days we may offer a suitable replacement.

Direct Mobility Repairs Limited has assumed that all customers are vat exempt wherever the product qualifies for VAT exemption. A Vat Exemption Form may be printed from this site.


Goods will be delivered within 28 days of receiving the order should the delivery period fall out-with this time a full refund will be offered. All orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge. Orders up to £100 an £8.00 plus vat postage and packaging charge will apply, however we will use the post office postal service for small items and charge accordingly.
If paying by Credit/Debit card delivery will only be made to the cardholder's registered address unless prior arrangements are made and agreed by both parties.


You may cancel your order in writing or by email and any monies will be returned within 30 days however we reserve the right to deduct any costs that have been incurred. If payment has been made by Credit/Debit card then the refund will be made back to the Credit/Debit card.

Credit Card Information

Direct Mobility Repairs Ltd does not store any customer credit card details. Any details that are passed to Direct Mobility Repairs Ltd or any employees of Direct Mobility Repairs Ltd are securely destroyed once the transaction has been completed.

Returned Cheques

Any cheques returned for non-payment will incur a charge of £15.00
